Job Title & Company: Customer Experience Specialist at Farm Credit Services of America

Major Job/Position Responsibilities: In ag lending, I serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with customers, prospects, teammates, and community members. My role manages all monetary accounting activities, responds to customer inquiries, as well as coordinates and processes new loan applications. This includes guiding customers through each step of the loan process from start to finish. I work closely with a financial officer and his customer base to ensure a great experience. 

What do you like most about your job/position? I love establishing connections with local farmers and community members as well as working with a wide variety of teammates. I truly am surrounded by a great team and love to see the positive impact on customers' lives. Everyday in the office is a little bit different, which keeps it exciting! 

What advice would you give to current students at BVU? I would encourage students to get involved and make the most of your time in college. Your 4 years will fly by, but this will be a time that you will reflect on in the years to come with friendships built, memories, & personal growth that will carry you into your next phase of life!
