  Major Job/Position Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal and external customers through email or live chat. Customers often reach out due to permissions issues, configuration issues, guidance on best practices, and infrastructure overviews. 

How did BVU prepare you for your job/position? BVU's writing and Computer Science classes helped sharpen my critical thinking and problem solving skills. Being able to summarize complex, technical concepts to customers who may be very new to cloud computing is one of the most important aspects of gaining customer trust and enhancing their experience with AWS's support team. 

Why do you choose to give back to BVU? I would not be where I am today without the generosity of BVUs donors that fund scholarships and various programs that I participated in directly. Thus, I give back so that students may have a great educational experience like I did, such as when I went to Scotland/Ireland with the BVU Choir in May 2023.

What advice would you give to current students at BVU? Academics and your major are important, but don't let these take up all your time. Try to do something that will get you out of your dorm and the classroom, like a sport or joining a club.
